Abstract
The paper firstly gives the formation principle of two teeth difference cycloid gear; correctly calculates cycloid gear by using the analysis method when modified cycloid gear is engaged with pin, and a cycloid gear force analysis method of two teeth difference cycloid pin transmission which relatively corresponds to engineering practice is given. The force of two teeth difference cycloid gear compares with the force of one tooth difference cycloid gear with the same speed ratio. By verification of experiment, the calculation results of the analysis method conform to engineering practice.
