Abstract
American College of Sports Medicine measured individuals’ physical condition with physical fitness test, which is an evaluation of an individual’s physical condition. At present, there are only few tools and studies on the evaluation of group physical fitness, and physical fitness indices proposed by Hung are to assess the effects of the projects related to promoting physical fitness. Although physical fitness indices are used to assess the physical fitness of a group of students, they fail to give an integral evaluation of cross-age student groups. Based on this limitation, this study constructs a set of integrated indices to assess cross-age student groups as an integral assessment tool of group physical fitness.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
