Abstract
Objectives To investigate the operative indication, perioperative mortality and morbidity and the strategy of treatment during Emergency Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (ECABG). Methods Retrospective analysis of 49 cases of ECABG were conducted in this study from 2010.1 to 2013.1 incidence rate of ECABG is 9.1%. Results 9 cases were performed by on-pump CABG, 40 cases by off-pump CABG. IABP was used in 25 cases (preoperative 18 cases, intraoperative 5 cases, postoperative 2 cases). Mitral valve surgery 8 cases, perioperative death 3 cases, ECABG perioperative mortality 6.1%. Conclusions ECABG is an effective procedure for curing the uncontrolled acute myocardial ischaemia, but it depends on a multi-science heart centre, a compete set of comprehensive rescue measures and sufficient technique and experiences.
