Abstract
Due to the relative independence among the project participants in the engineering project, the traditional project organization and management mode is unfavorable to the knowledge communication and accumulation among the participants, however, the knowledge management is the important way to improve the construction and operation management level of whole engineering project field. The characteristics of project and project organization as well as the integration objects of project knowledge management are discussed in this dissertation and the knowledge is refined through the flow analysis with the project management flow as the object, which is integrated into the project flow. The knowledge management system of engineering project is constructed based on this.
