Abstract

The complete form of Yukawa coupling terms, in the pion–Skyrmion system, for a rotating and moving Skyrmion is given. It is shown that pions couple linearly to the space component of the axial-vector current in addition to coupling to the time component. When both interactions are taken into account, the pionic decay width of Δ(1232) is modified by a significant amount.
