Abstract
Corporate culture is a summation of all enterprise ideologies formed during the production and operation process, namely, enterprise value, enterprise spirit, operation state as well as the moral standard and code of conduct acknowledged by all staff members. She is the cohesive agent and catalyst for enterprise development, which plays an orientation, cohesive and coordination role on the employees. Through elaboration on the implication and functions of corporate culture and analysis of corporate culture of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in China that is more practical and unsophisticated as different from that of the large enterprises, this article proposes efficient ways of cultivating corporate culture to promote efficient operation of SMEs.
