Abstract
From Corydalis ophiocarpa Hook. f. et Thoms. (Papaveraceae) plants cultivated in the Botanical Garden in Olomouc (CSSR), a mixture of alkaloids (0.60 %) was isolated. It contained the major alkaloids berberine, coptisine, and (–)–ophiocarpine together with protopine, (–)–canadine, (–)–stylopine, sanguinarine, chelerythrine, corysamine, α - allocryptopine, (–)–corypalmine, and (–)–ophiocarpine N–oxide. The alkaloids (–)–ophiocarpine N–oxide, sanguinarine, chelerythrine, and corysamine Key Word Index Corydalis ophiocarpa - Papaveraceae - Alkaloids - (–)–Ophiocarpine N–oxide – - Isolation - UV, 1 H NMR, CD Spectral Data
