Abstract
From the point of green building's life cycle, the incremental cost of its each technical measure was analysed, at the same time, efficiency evaluation of Green building was built to evaluate its economic rationality. At last, combined actual case to analyse the economic benefit of green building, which will be all-right to promote the development of green building.
