Abstract

This paper presents the influence on performance in SC-FDE (Single Carrier with Frequency Domain Equalization) without CP (cyclic prefix) system. ICI (Inter Carrier Interference) is imposed since channel respond not appear circular. To alleviate the interference, we propose a simple method by using the tail data in the frame to compensate. But error is also introduced. In order to reduce it, iteration is taken into account. Simulation results show that the combination of tail data and iteration has a low complexity but a performance similar to that with CP.
