Abstract

Abstract The integration of the activities of thymidylate synthetase and thymidine kinase is shown to correlate closely with the amount of DNA synthesis. Based on the result, these enzymes are suggested to be the rate-determining enzymes of DNA synthesis in regenerating rat liver.
