Abstract
The intracellular mechanism responsible for the selective secretion of γ-globulin by lymph node cells is poorly understood. Indeed, relatively little is known concerning the intracellular events that occur between the time of synthesis of the polypeptide chains and the moment of secretion of the completed molecule into the extracellular medium.
