Abstract
With the development of economy, a big number of highway tunnels are being constructed and to be constructed in west China, many of which constitute tunnel group or abut tunnels. This leads to many difficulties during the operation of these tunnels. This paper will discuss on the ventilation, lighting, disaster prevention and the control methods for tunnel group or abut tunnels. These techniques can realize intelligent linkage control for highway tunnel group or abut tunnels. Potential application of linkage control technology is broad and huge economic benefits will be produced.
