Abstract
This paper presents and estimates the impact of FDI and Export on the productivity of Chinese high-tech Industry. The model is estimated using Industry -level Chinese high-tech Industry data. The results are that foreign direct investment has a positive effective on the technological efficiency and a negative influence to technological progress and the total factor productivity of the Chinese high-tech Industry. Export of the Chinese high-tech Industry shows the negative effect to technological efficiency and technological change
