It was known that various kinds of analgesia were produced by stimulation of the acupuncture point. Among of them, the mechanism of the acupuncture analgesia caused by low frequency electrical stimulation of the muscle underneath the acupuncture point will be presented here based on the animal experiments.Rats were used for present experiment s. Rats are useful animal for the pain mesurement, since the tail flick test of rats is one of the quantative analytic method for analgesia. The acupuncture point and non-acupuncture point It is essential to stimulate the acupuncture pointin obtaining the acupuncture analgesia.
