Abstract
The thermal conductivity of NiAl single crystals is measured in the temperature range from 20 to 80 K by a stationary measuring method. Additionally measurements on deformed single crystals (ε ⪅ 15%) are carried out to study the influence of defects on the thermal conductivity. The analysis of the measuring results shows that the thermal conductivity in this temperature range can be described by the scattering of electrons on defects and phonons.
