Informatization Construction of University Teaching Service System

It is of great significance to build a set of sophisticated informatization teaching service system for promoting the reform of higher education/teaching and improving the quality of higher education/teaching. Starting with the impact of information technology (IT) on higher education/teaching, this paper first introduced the concept, characteristic and significance of informatization teaching. Then, the paper proposed several construction principles of university informatization teaching service system, including unified planning and implementation, efficient management, scientific operation and scientific assessment. Three construction stages of informatization teaching service system, namely introduction of individual business, function integration of various businesses and overall systematic integration, are also given. It also puts forward three aspects of construction contents of informatization teaching service system, namely environmental construction, resource construction and organization construction. Finally, the paper presented the operation mechanism of informatization teaching service system. These experiences may be used as a reference for universities that are constructing or will construct the informatization teaching service system.
