Abstract
The rapid development of supply chain will bring new opportunities for the convergence of corporate resources and upgrade of competitive power. Supply chain enterprises are encountering challenge of enhancing the stability. This article analyzes the factors to strengthen the supply chain management in term of node enterprises’ internal factors, the cooperation between node enterprises as well as social environment where the supply chain resides. To make enterprises to concern the information integration and e-commerce infrastructure construction, this article also proposes enacting the corresponding laws and agreements to reinforce the stability of supply chain.
