Abstract

Based on the concept of cooperative game theory, first studied cost allocation of three party transport alliance and the existence of stable solution set with the application of core, then use the Shapley value method and the nucleolus method to carry on the cost allocation. The results showed that the Shapley value allocation method can reflect the contribution of the parties involved, but when the core non empty it cannot guarantee the allocation result in the core, therefore cannot guarantee the stability of the alliance; nucleolus allocation rule eusure all participants of the allocation results based on more average, and it in the core, thus ensure the alliance stable operation.
