Research on heterogeneous data integration of management information system

Abstract

By analyzing the problems existed in data integration of management information system (MIS) and describing the demand of data integration of MIS, the authors propose that using the XML and Web Service Technologies, a heterogeneous data exchange platform may be developed as a solution to exchange the heterogeneous data in the management information system.
