The Design of Network Communication System for Smart Phones Based on VoIP

Along with the computer technology, network transmission technology and the rapid development of digital signal processing technology, the application of real-time multimedia services based on IP packet networks more and more, including VoIP is a typical multimedia communication based on IP packet network business, has become the hot topics in the study of the current technology. As a network researchers, to research and development of VoIP technology is of great significance. In this paper, the VoIP key technologies were studied, especially the SIP agreement, then put forward and designed a kind of network communication system for smart phones based on VoIP.
