Abstract

In general, the use uniform grouping of video stream in P2P streaming system. In this paper we use the non-uniform grouping of SVC bitstream in SVC over P2P streaming system. It can group layers based on environment and features of stream, and load tasks group by group; in other words, tasks are processed between parallelly and sequentially.
