Abstract
Research ZL102Al-Si alloy under the effect of electromagnetic stirring changes of microstructure and study the Al Si alloy under electromagnetic stirring solidification. Test showed Electromagnetic Stirring could chang the behavior of solidification in gear to Al-Si alloys. Atomic group of Al-Si alloy melt segregation is merged in the electromagnetic force and electromagnetic stirring. Al-Si alloy melt in the formation of local micro-area transient voltage by electromagnetic stirring and reduced critical radius required for nucleation.
