Abstract

SUMMARY A bioassay using Botrytis cinerea detected 0–05 ppm benomyl in potato dextrose agar. Nine species of Cochliobolus, fourteen of Drechslera, four of Helminthosporium and five of Pyrenophora tolerated the presence of benomyl to the same extent, and grew on agar plates containing 40 ppm of the compound.
