Abstract

The passing of the Year by Jonathan Dove, an Australian premier performance by the Brisbane Chamber choir, conducted by Graeme Morton with Liam Viny and Anna Grinberg piano duet and percussion. Fresh from their performances at the Bangalow Music Festival, the Brisbane Chamber Choir present Musicae Sacrae, a concert of beautiful sacred choral music, including Bach's 8 part motet Komm, Jesu komm and motets by Bruckner and Mendelssohn. We will also be joined by special guests Anna Grinberg and Liam Viney (piano duet) and percussion for Jonathan Dove's stunning song cycle The Passing of the Year.
