Space Distribution Pattern Research and Optimization Analysis of Rural Settlements in Yicheng City

Abstract

This paper selected Yicheng City in Huibei Province as research areas to analyze space distribution characteristics of rural settlements. The results show that the scale of rural settlements in Yicheng City is rather small, and the differences between the settlements patches are very large. With the increase of buffer radius of roads and rivers, the settlements decrease gradually. On this basis, this paper provides suggestions for optimization of rural settlements in Yicheng City.
