Abstract
Summary The Ranunculus auricomus complex in Northern Italy has been classified and analyzed morphologically. Plants close to Ranunculus cassubicus are attributed to R. cassubicifolius. In addition to species already published by Pignatti and other authors, the following species are described: Ranunculus fraelensis, R. mediogracilis, R. cochlearifer, R. plavensis, R. baldensis, R. abbaianus, R. pedemontanus and R. poldinii.
