Abstract
A 75-year-old woman was seen because of a painful breast mass. Tc-99m sestamibi scintimammography showed uptake in the mass, suggesting malignancy. The mass ulcerated spontaneously and discharged. Mycobacterium tuberculosis was positive on examination of the discharge.
