A simple analysis is made of three high-latitude B stars which have emission lines. Balmer line equivalent widths from Reticon spectrograms together with published Stromgren photometry are used to determine Teff and log g and the He I line widths are used to estimate values of V sin i. The results are checked by fitting Kurucz profiles to the observed Hδ profiles. All three stars appear to be normal Be stars at distances between 3 and 7 kpc from the galactic plane.
