Abstract

Recently, the author reported about the contours of the divergences of displacement vector and the axis of principal strains for the net, which was spread with a vertical square frame, and deformed by a weight which was hung at the centre of the net. He also defined for a net the limit-curve of the safety domain, regarding to the form of mesh which was liable to be destroyed. The similar methods were applied to nets as shown in Table 1.
