Abstract
Ova transplantation was tried between beagle and mongrel dogs.Estrus and superovulation vere induced by the administration of estrone, HCG, PMSG and estradiol-17β. A recipient beagle dog, transplanted 3 fertilized mongrel eggs 9 days after the compulation with a beagle male, gave the birth of 1 mongrel and 3 beagle pups 54 days later.
