Abstract

This paper presents a novel design of RF front-end for cdma2000 scanning receiver. The performance of cdma2000 RF front-end is simulated by using EDA software. The whole receiver is developed with high sensitivity, low phase noise, small size and low power consumption. Finally, the RF front-end measurement is presented and the test results show that the solution to cdma2000 scanning receiver is reliable.
