Abstract
In the Local Area Network, Network congestion is a problem to be solved. When packets are too much through the network, congestion maybe happens. In the severe congestion, the network can cause paralysis. This paper analyzes the causes of network congestion, with the actual proposed some effective measures to solve the network congestion.
