Abstract
A method was presented for the sampling variance of heritability of an index estimated by regression method. When the number of traits in the index is reduced to one trait, the formula derived is equivalent to Osborne and Paterson's estimation for the sampling variance of heritability for a single trait. A numerical example was given to illustrate the computation.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
