The Trawlers commonly catch juveniles of Sepiella inermis with dorsal mantle length ranging from 18 to 35 mm from Mumbai. At New Ferry Wharf, it was observed that the maximum catch of juveniles was in the month of May and minimum in October, during 2001 - 2004.
