Abstract

NOTES FROM OBSERVATORIESsured on Yale plates taken some 20 years later than the Cape plates. From a comparison of the two positions a provisional proper motion of +0*0069 in a, +0Y006 in 8, or a total annual proper motion of 07081 dt 07018 is inferred. This marginal value would not preclude the identification of the star as a white dwarf.
