(67-9F7-119-Rl).CFSTI.by stress relaxation, on niobium neutron-irradiated and nonirradiated molybdenum, and three h%Mo alloys are discussed.The tests were made at 200 to -269C, which covers the ductilebrittle transition temperature of all the polycrystalline materiale used.The results indicate that point defects in the crystal lattice inhibi: dislocation multiplication mechanisms.thereby increasing the yield and twinning stresses and enhanclng the ernbrittlement..'
