Abstract
1. A compression technique for intravenous urography is described. 2. The results in 100 cases are reviewed and were regarded as satisfactory in at least 60 per cent. 3. It is shown that the method has practical value and is a useful alternative to retrograde pyelography, especially in children. 4. Adequate compression can be tolerated by the average patient.
