Abstract
Wavefront sensorless adaptive optics imaging was performed in human eyes using a stochastic parallel gradient descent algorithm in an adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscope. Image quality was similar for wavefront sensorless and wavefront sensor-based control.
