Abstract
Many sluices had low standard and poor quantity, which were damaged seriously after several decades use. In sluice safety levels classification standard, there are quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes, which isnt convenient to assess sluice risk consequence objectively. In order to improve the technology of sluice safety comprehensive evaluation and reduce the risk of sluice operating, grey relational analysis method was used to evaluate the sluice according to the specific conditions of the sick-dangerous sluices and some special managing principle. The result is objective and reasonable, so we assess sluice easily, providing a new way for sluices risk consequences comprehensive evaluation.
