Abstract
This paper proposes a high accuracy low-voltage self-biasing dynamic current mirror, with a very low systematic error, approximately 0.05 %. The proposed scheme bandwidth is 100KHz and has a range of operation of 200uA. This novel approach improves the previously reported current mirrors and it increases the current input range with a lower error percentage. Simulations of the current scheme are shown using 0.18um technology.
