Abstract

Abstract A variety of new academic and other research points to the myriad ways in which society is becoming more diverse. And that fact is playing out in many ways in different workplaces. Demographic trends underlie the impact of increasingly diverse racial and ethnic groups in daily work life, and interpersonal differences range from ethnicity, gender, and religion to generational worldviews. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
