Complex scientific management of China's higher education

With China's higher education from “elite” to “popular” and the change of education investment system, China's colleges and universities are faced with fierce competition. China's higher education must carry on the transformation from “quantity” to“quality”. Practice shows that, the level of management's quality of higher education directly determines the historical process and the pace of construction of powerful nation in higher education. This paper examines the management's quality of higher education in China from the establishment of higher education power perspective, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the strategies.
