Abstract

A method for determination of or network transfer function first-order sensitivity is described. It uses a modified Coates signal-flow graph representation of the passive part of the investigated network having in mind the influence of the ator-norator pairs of the network on the corresponding nodal equations. Then the first-order sensitivity of an arbitrary transfer function can be expressed by using some partial signal-flow graph transfer function. This approach avoids the canceling of each others terms in the transfer functions and simplifies the sensitivity expressions. An example illustrated the proposed method.
