Abstract
In this paper, adaptive beamforming algorithms used for smart antennas are studied and the results of functional simulation are shown and compared. Two of these algorithms are implemented in hardware, namely Capon's beamformer and Gershman's beamformer. In addition, the performance comparison of these two different beamformers is also performed.
