Abstract
The effect of pH on the stability of human serum albumin, as measured by light scattering at elevated temperatures, is reported. The study includes the relationship between pH and the various albumin stabilizers, and also includes the effectiveness of the stabilizers on relatively native albumin and relatively denatured albumin.
