Abstract
The spirit of 21st century is innovation, and innovation can't do without the involvement of innovate people. For this reason, teachers should try to cultivate students' innovation qualities in classroom teaching. This paper discusses that classroom teaching must cultivate students' innovation qualities, based on which, focuses on seven dimensions of the transport innovation and quality training of personnel, including: ideological dimension, the concept of dimension, theoretical dimension, moral dimension, the method dimension, contextual dimension, practical dimension.
