Studies on Information Integration of Single-Piece Small-Batch Manufacturing Based on BOM

Information promotes and boosts up the competion of enterprises;Information integration is an important content. Characteristic of single-piece and small-lot is different from the other manufacture mode, so its information integration is different from the others too. The paper aims at the questions, analyses the content and relation of information integration based on single-piece and small-lot, brings forward information integration flow of based on BOM and emphasizes on the methods of information integration that adapt to single-piece and small-lot to improve the feasibility of manufacture plan.
