Abstract
Round and dimethoate produced rapid knock-down of the little house fly, Fannia canivularis (L.), held in large cages, Fly mortality from residual insecticide was high for a two-week period following application. Malathion toxicity was low. This result supported other laboratory and field observations which have indicated a developing resistance to malathion in western Oregon.
