Abstract
Eight patients with impaction of foreign bodies in a reconstructed oesophagus are described. With two of the patients the impaction of the foreign body recurred three times. With all the patients extraction of the foreign body was successfully carried out with oesophagoscopy. There were no complications after the extraction.
