Abstract

In order to ensure timely arrival of the emergency relief workers, try to eliminate the accidents, save the injured and achieve the minimum loss of the accident and maximum social benefit, this paper, on the basis of the principle of e-ergonomics, analyzes the structure and features of the expressway emergency rescue system, and sets up a index system for evaluation index of emergency rescue system from such three aspects as accident inspection, rescuing plan and device management. Through theoretical analysis and expert consultation, the author determines the importance degree of all the influential factors and conducts evaluation index for the emergency rescue system with the help of step analysis and fuzzy analysis. The author, after actual evaluation for the emergency rescue system on Shaanxi expressways with this method, has obtained a comprehensive value of 77.96, which accurately goes with the actual conditions of the province, and forcefully confirms its practicability.
